How do I log a meal?
Tap the Macros tab, then the + button. You can search for foods, scan a barcode, or take a photo and let AI identify your meal automatically.
What is KILO Pro?
KILO Pro unlocks unlimited AI-powered macro tracking, unlimited workout templates, and photo-based food logging. It's available as a monthly ($7.99/mo) or yearly ($76.99/yr) subscription.
How do I cancel my KILO Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How do I create a workout template?
Log a workout, and at the end of the session you'll have the option to save it as a template. You can also long press on any past session in your workout history to save it as a template.
Is my data backed up?
Your KILO account is tied to your sign-in (email or Apple/Google). Your data is synced to your account so it's available across reinstalls.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. To request deletion by email, contact support@trykilo.app.
Can I restore a previous purchase?
Yes. Go to Settings → KILO Pro → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
